In compliance with current legislation, as stated in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), whose purpose is to guarantee and protect, concerning the processing of personal data, the freedoms and fundamental rights of individuals, especially their honor and personal privacy, Basque Maritime Cluster informs:

• • The data provided by users will be incorporated into a confidential file, the sole responsible for which is Basque Maritime Cluster.
  • Basque Maritime Cluster has adopted adequate security measures for the data collected, and furthermore, all technical means within its reach have been installed to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the collected data.
  • The personal data collected in the Contact form are not stored in any file; they are only collected in an email to respond to the request.
  • These data will not be transferred or assigned to other entities or companies.
  • Any user may, at any time, exercise the rights established in the LOPD, namely access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, in accordance with the terms established by the applicable regulations, by contacting Basque Maritime Cluster directly.
